WARRANTY

All Toyota models purchased from us are given a warrantee from the day the vehicle is delivered to the owner for the next three years or until the vehicle covers 100,000 kilometers [which ever comes first]. This warranty can also be transferred to a second user if the vehicle is still within the warranty period.

However, The battery and tyres have a separate kind of warranty. The battery has a full guarantee for a period of 12 months [or 20km]. Before the 25th month, a battery can only be replaced at 50% cost to the customer and before the 36th month, a battery can only be replaced at 75% cost to the customer. The tyres are under a separate warranty provided by the tyre manufacturer. Also surface rust and paint defects on pick up trucks is covered for only 12months.
We offer free towing service to our workshop, for any faulty vehicle still within the warranty period

Our warranty does not cover:

1. Parts that would naturally require frequent replacements like, Filters, Coolants, Spark Plugs, Fuses, Wiper blades e.t.c.

2. Faulty parts as a result of misuse, overloading or accidents.

3. Scratches on the car paint or discolorations due to environmental factors like rain, windstorm, and bird droppings.

4. Faulty parts due to the use of wrong fuel oil or lubes.

Warranty is void on any vehicle whose odometer has been altered, restricted or tampered with, in any way.
